Sazerac
2 OZ Rye Whiskey
1 OZ Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Cherries - Luxardo preferred
Add all ingredients except cherry into mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry. Lightly jostle spoon to let remaining cherry syrup drip off bar spoon into glass.
Rye Swizzle
2 OZ Rye Whiskey
¾ OZ Ginger Syrup
¾ OZ Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Aromatic Bitters
Mint
Add Rye, Ginger Syrup, and Lemon Juice into highball glass, fill with crushed ice and stir. Top off with 2 dashes of bitters and garnish with mint spring.
