Port Chilkoot Distillery makes handcraft small batches of spirits that represent the unique character and 'flavors' of Southeast Alaska. The old Army bakery that now houses the distillery was built in 1904. It was near ruin when Co- Founders Sean Copeland and Heather Shade purchased it and has been restored from foundation to roof.
