What makes Pétillant Naturel, or Pét-Nat, so cool is how it allows the wine to finish fermentation naturally in the bottle. No sugar or yeast is added, and there is very little intervention, just the grapes doing their thing. Each bottle develops its own personality, shaped by the life inside it. That sense of spontaneity and honesty is exactly why we love this style so much. They are vibrant, unpredictable, and full of heart. God Only Knows how much we love this one.
