Winemaker Kevin Hall added a touch of Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot for structure and color. On the nose, aromas of dark fruit, vanilla and a slight chocolate note. There are rich flavors of plum, cherry, spice, and chocolate. This is a smooth wine with medium body, nice balance, and a long finish.
