Description
Formerly known as Grande Réserve, this cuvée is now called Les Grands Terroirs to highlight its precise vineyard sourcing and deep sense of place. Produced by the family-run Veuve Fourny estate in Vertus, this Premier Cru Champagne balances purity and texture with remarkable finesse. Partial barrel aging and partial malolactic fermentation add gentle roundness, while extended bottle aging preserves freshness and mineral tension. This is classic grower Champagne with clarity, depth, and quiet confidence.
