Godmé-Guillaume V.V.V. is Champagne with a strong sense of place and a little wink to those who love a good backstory. The name stands for the three villages behind the bottle: Verzy, Verzenay, and Villers-Marmery, each bringing its own personality to this Extra Brut Premier Cru blend.

Crafted by third-generation winemaker Matthieu Godmé-Guillaume, this Champagne is farmed organically, fermented with native yeasts, and handled with a light touch in the cellar. Mostly Chardonnay with a supporting role from Pinot Noir, V.V.V. is layered, energetic, and unapologetically mineral, with just enough oak and reserve wine to add depth without stealing the spotlight.

This is a Champagne for people who like their bubbles expressive, textured, and a little bit serious — but still very fun to drink.

Tasting Notes
An expansive nose of citrus peel and earthy undertones opens into red apple, stone fruit, almond, and brioche. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, finishing with a firm chalky grip and mouthwatering acidity.

Pairings
Beautiful with oysters, scallops, roast chicken, and creamy cheeses, or served on its own when you want Champagne that invites slow sipping and curious conversation.
