Tasting Notes: Sweetness is noticeable, but quickly fades as the acidity and minerality come forward. Flavors of citrus, green apple, along with jasmine and petrol.

A Feinherb Spatlese - this means the grapes were high quality and picked with a relatively high sugar content, (Spatlese), but then allowed to ferment until most of the sugar turns into alcohol leaving the wine off-dry (Feinherb), or slightly sweet. The balance is superb.
