Full Monte #2

2 OZ Montenegro Amaro

1 OZ  Freeland Spirits Cask Strength Bourbon

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish with Orange Twist or Maraschino Cherry 

Additional Stuffs:

Mixing Glass

Julep or Hawthorne Strainer

Ice

1) Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.

2) Strain over ice (big cube preferred!)

3) Garnish with a orange twist or Maraschino Cherry

4) Sip lightly while you enjoy the cinematic masterpiece The Full Monty (Clothing Optional)

PAIRING:

Lahem Meshwy (Lamb Shish Kebabs)

 

Negroni

1 OZ Gin

1 OZ  Sweet Vermouth

1 OZ Campari

1 Orange

Additional Stuffs:

Mixing Glass

Julep or Hawthorne Strainer

Ice

Channel Knife

1) Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.

2) Strain over rocks glass filled with ice.

3) Using channel knife, remove a 1" strip of peel from orange. Twist over drink to express oils; discard. 

4) Garnish with 3 very thin orange slices. 

PAIRING:

Grilled Ratatouille

Naked & Shameless 

1 OZ Mezcal 

1 OZ  Genepy 

1 OZ Aperol 

0.75 OZ Lime Juice 

0.5 OZ Papaya Juice 

Garnish with 1 Sprig of Mint 

Additional Stuffs: 

Cocktail Shaker 

Julep or Hawthorne Strainer 

Ice  

1) Add Mezcal, Genepy, Aperol, Lime Juice, and Papaya Juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until combined. 

2) Strain into a rocks glass over ice (one big cube preferred). 

3) Garnish with mint sprig. 

PAIRING:

Mexican Dark Chocolate Mousse


Martinique Swizzle

 1.5 OZ Aged Martinique Rum

0.5 OZ Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 OZ Falernum

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Teaspoon Grenadine

4 OZ Crushed

Ice

Additional Stuffs:

Blender

Crushed Ice

1) Put everything in a blender, saving the crushed ice for last.

2) Blend at a high speed for no more than 5 seconds.

3) Pour into your favorite glass.
