The Kurosawa Junmai Daiginjo was specially brewed to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Kurosawa Brewery’s introduction to the United States. This sake was so successful that they continued production past the anniversary year, in very limited amounts.

This sake is ultimately smooth and delicate, with hints of pear, butter, and floral overtones. Despite its smooth & delicate characteristics, this sake also has a subtle, buttery backbone which allows helps it to be amazingly food friendly.
