Cab Franc and Gamay Noir--this rose won't let you down! It is a lovely full bodied, dry, with layer upon layer of dark and rich fruits. The terroir in the Loire valley, form which this bubbly hails, is a chalky limestone. This method traditionelle sparkler rests on its lees for 18 months resulting in a fresh, dry, and very pleasant wine!
