Bottled at higher proof and with less sugar to reinforce that intensity and maximize the number of uses for each fruit liqueur.
Apricot Beer Collins
0.5 OZ Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
0.5 OZ Apricot Liqueur
0.5 OZ Lemon juice
6 OZ Wheat Beer
Add gin, liqueur, and lemon juice and shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass.
Top with wheat beer.
Garnish with a lemon peel or dried apricot.
Pendennis Club Cocktail
2 OZ Hayman’s London Dry Gin
1 OZ Apricot Liqueur
0.75 OZ Lime juice
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Add all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into a coupe. Garnish with lemon peel.
