A unique 'Flanders Red-Brown Beer.' Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak foeders give it the same sweet-sour flavor and complex fruitiness as wine. It consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer that is matured for two years in oak and is highly refreshing it's the perfect aperitif.
