The distiller Fred is incredibly passionate and always pushing for the highest quality spirits. 25 botanicals of Italian origin, including the classic ones: mint, saffron, chamomile, licorice, savory, orange, rhubarb and naturally gentian.

Fernet Sour

1 OZ Fernet

1 OZ Green Chartreuse

1 OZ lime juice

1 OZ simple syrup

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until cold.

Strain into a cocktail glass. If desired, garnish with a lime wheel.
