Saké 101
6:00 – 7:15 via Zoom
Taught by Sake Samurai Marcus Pakiser. Reserve your spot and tasting kit for $25 by calling 569-3800 ext.1 or stopping by our La Bodega flagship location in the Metro Mall.

Wednesday, 3/31
Sakura Saké Dinner
6:45 PM at Hotel Alyeska
A socially distanced event with seating 10 feet apart in the Kahiltna Court Ballroom adjacent to Sakura Asian Bistro. This is a 5 course dinner featuring a greet saké cocktail and 5 saké pairings.

Thursday, 4/1
Hearth Saké Dinner
A special 3 course Hearth dinner with 3 saké pairings chosen by La Bodega.
SOCIALLY-DISTANCED DINE-IN: $50 per person, gratuity and alcohol tax not included. To reserve, call 222-0888.
TAKE-OUT: $75 per person includes the 3 course dinner to-go from Hearth and small bottles of each of the three sake with information about each saké. Book your take-out dinner through La Bodega at 569-3800, ext. 1.

Saké & Friends
6:45 – 8:15 – a virtual event
The charm of our beloved Saké Expo in the comfort of your (or your friend’s!) home. A guided saké tasting with an emphasis on how saké pairs with food, Saké & Friends will also feature mini-chats on various saké topics by familiar faces from past Saké Weeks, and some new friends, too!
$45 tickets includes a package of 3 saké from La Bodega AND delicious pairing bites from Fromagio’s.
