Two in-depth saké tasting classes taught by Portland Saké Expert Marcus Pakiser. In Saké 101 you will learn all the basics of saké styles and production. In saké 201, you will learn even more about the intricacies of saké types, history, and culture surrounding saké. Food from Hearth Artisan Pizza will be complementary.
