Alaskan musician Ivan Night wears many hats: he is joining us at Charlou on Tuesday, November 19 for a guided tasting of his locally made honey, including his three flagship varietals Fireweed, Wildflower and Raspberry! We’re also going to pair some beer and bubbly drinks with his honeys, as well as infuse them into some tasty apps from the Charlou kitchen.
